To go out in any competion is always dissapointing but to go out in the manner we did was even more so,we lacked something all game and was lucky to lose only 3-0,if it hadn't have been for Ash at the back things could have been so much worse as he seemed to be the only defender capable of making a tackle or pass,with Kieran failing a late fitness test we only made one change at the back,but we were out of sorts all over the pitch as we only managed one shot on target (well one he actually had to put some effort into making the save with).Never seen us look that poor going forward before and the only thing i can come up with is that we looked heavy legged and i think we have too many players who are playing too much football at the moment,how can some boys play city boys in the morning followed by a game in the afternoon and then some play sunday as well and this doesn't include playing school football is beyond me,early season it didn't seem a problem but it maybe catching up with some now.Rolls royce deserved to go through so well done to them and good luck,for us we need to re-group and lets hope the christmas break gives us a much needed rest.
